Kingfisher Original painting

From one of the country’s most accomplished wildlife artists, Wayne Westwood’s newest piece, Kingfisher, is a magnificent rendering of the delicate, brightly-coloured little bird. From his iridescent sapphire feathers to his glimmering oil-drop eye, every inch of Wayne’s Kingfisher sparkles with life. Perching watchfully over the river, who knows when a complacent minnow will catch his eye, and swooping into flight, he will plunge his long bill into the crystal waters below.
