Jonathan Harker is horrified to see Count Dracula in London after his traumatic escape from the castle. He spots Dracula in the streets, transformed into a young man, which confirms his fears that the vampire has made his way to the shores of England. In this moment, Mina is unaware of the cause of her husband’s distress. This encounter heightens the urgency to fight against the spread of evil.
