Composing scenes that appear almost out of time, Mike Hall paints with intellectual intention, lingering in moments between action and causation and inasmuch, finding quiet spaces in which anything is possible. What a pleasant scene View of Summer Garden presents, brimming with the bright promise of the flowering season and the restorative effects of creativity.
