River Wharfe, Beckermonds Original painting

Transient, tranquil and unintrusive, Julian Mason’s River Wharfe, Beckermonds captures the small North Yorkshire hamlet in a moment of blissful serenity. The river bubbles, the birds sing from their leafy lodgings and perhaps, if one follows the winding path from the sunbaked farmhouse, one may hear a grazing herd lowing in a distant pasture.
