Description
Inspired by L.S Lowry’s depictions of industrial Britain, Sean Durkin imbues his scenes with the grit, pride and humour of Northern England. From flat caps to baby carriages, from smoking chimneys to reams of bunting, Jubilee Street bristles with character. A homage to Britain’s manufacturing heritage, this newest of Sean’s paintings is a wholehearted delight.
