Suffused with an atmosphere of sensuality and tenderness, Tina Spratt’s Evanescent is an exquisitely realised work. Evanescent casts a spell over the viewer, as something previously unseen can be gleaned with every new glance. From the softly unfurling curls of the sitter’s hair, to luminous hues of her skin, to the fine intricacies of the fabrics that surround her - the piece evinces Tina's astonishing and sensitive eye for detail.
